1998 Summary

On February 12, 1998 we founded and incorporated Strategy Associates Inc, a management consulting firm. Our breadth of international experience with business and public policies allows us to provide our clients with a global perspective for their strategy and planning.

During this first year we performed seven major engagements for three significant clients. All our clients were organizations in transition because of their prior success and growth. Besides facing traditional transition challenges, they also had multinational issues.

Committed to a concept of a virtual enterprise, we formed strategic alliances with

	VII – strategic planning, management consulting, and system engineering firm helping organizations achieve preeminence in the 21^st century through innovation, consensus and growth
	Private Equity Partners – an investment firm performing leveraged buyouts of entrepreneurial enterprises whose success has positioned them for transition to a new stage
	GIA (Garber International Associates) – an enterprise devoted to defense conversion and market economy transformation in the former Soviet Union especially Ukraine. It represents the leading Ukrainian software development company in the United States
	Aviation and Defence Technology Assessments - a worldwide advisory and marketing service firm specializing in aerospace

By the end of 1998 our staff reached eight, composed of three employees and five special consultants.
