Mail orders
we have given you three options on shipping.

• If you wish to send an order by fax you may use the following order form.
  We have set up a fax that works off the same number as the shop, it is setup for 24hr receive.

• You may Phone an order to us - We always love to chat with our stitchers

• If you wish to order something via internet that is not listed on the cart, Click here

• International orders - We ship internationally and Canada -freight will be different and you will have to contact us.

XTOSER

First, we are now set up for credit cards (Master Card and Visa)for mailorders only - this means we still do not accept credit cards in the shop so please do not ask. Shipping and Handling purchase schedule for the U.S. is as follows:
$0-$4.00 add $3.00
-$10.00 add $4.25
-$30.00 add $5.50
-$50.00 add $7.50
-$80.00 add $8.50

International transactions  - email for S&H rates.  Remember that email is not secure to send your credit card info so do this at your own risk.

Second, If you email for freight and mail a check you are charged for USPS freight only and the handling portion is waived. This is for those of you who wish to go to the trouble of mailing checks. You will have to email me for this amount tho and I will need to know the mailing destination zip code.

Any extra shipping services such as insurance may result in added shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any loss in the freighting process if the purchase is not insured.

And finally, we are not set up for returns, therefore all sales are final.
