Return Policy . . . . New, un-worn, un-used
Didn't like it, after seeing it, I don't want it, or some other specific problem, etc.

• Step 1
  • Contact Nelson Shoe Store via e-mail [e-mail the proprietor] or Toll Free 1-800-642-0393
    to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
    
• Step 2 Within 30 (thirty) days of having received the merchandise
  • Repackage the merchandise in its original packaging
  • Make sure the packaging and all tags are in original condition
  • Make sure the merchandise is in original (new) condition
  • Write the Return Authorization Number, obtained in step one, beside the shipping label.
  • Return the parcel, using your preference of these shippers UPS, FedEx, or USPS
• Step 3
  • Upon receipt of your parcel, I will inspect the return merchandise to verify that all conditions described in step 2 have been met.
  • After determining that these conditions have been met, a credit for the return will be issued to your charge or debit card for the amount of the merchandise, any taxes which may have been charged on the original invoice, plus $7.20 to help defray the costs of the return freight charges.
  • Return parcels without a Return Authorization Number may not qualify for credit.

• Step A
  • Contact me for the purpose of explaining the problem and making known to me your preferred solution.
    • 1-800-642-0393 Toll Free or e-mail the proprietor
    • during the verbal or written exchange of information you will obtain a Return Authorization Number
• Step B Within 30 (thirty) days of having received the merchandise
  • Repackage the merchandise in its original packaging
  • Make sure the packaging and all tags are in original condition
  • Make sure the merchandise is in original (new) condition
  • Write the Return Authorization Number, which you obtained in step one, beside the shipping label, on the front of the carton.
  • Return the parcel, using your preference of these shippers UPS, FedEx, or USPS
• Step C
  • Upon receipt of your parcel, I will inspect the return merchandise to verify that all conditions described in step B have been met.
  • After determining that these conditions have been met, the agreed upon solution arrived at in step A will be implemented.
  • Your credit or debit card will be credited $7.20 to help defray the expense that you incurred to return the merchandise. I will pay the freight on the exchange shipment going back to you. (Alaska & Hawaii excepted)
  • Return parcels without a Return Authorization Number may not qualify for these exchange privileges.
  • These exchange privileges are limited to one exchange. If a second or third exchange become necessary, it will be necessary for you to absorb the freight expenses both ways.

Shipping Policy

Orders (large or small) delivered within the 48 contiguous states, using UPS Ground, incur a flat $8.40 shipping charge.

Shipping charges on orders destined to transit out of the 48 contiguous states are applied to your invoice according to actual cost. Parcels to Canada have typically incurred costs ranging from $20 to $30 US. An 11 lb parcel to Alaska shipped out for $21 using USPS Priortity Mail. A 6 lb. parcel to Australia was $28 going via USPS. In these cases, I obtain careful estimates from UPS or USPS regarding their charges; and, I relay these figures to you for your consideration and approval before proceeding with the transaction.

Expedited UPS services, such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, are available at actual cost. Actual cost will be determined beforehand for your consideration and approval. Use the Toll Free line: 1-800-642-0393 (50 states & Canada)

Sales Tax Policy:

Parcels that are delivered to an address in the state of Michigan are subject to the 6% Michigan state sales tax. Parcels that are delivered to an address outside of the state of Michigan are exempt from the Michigan state sales tax on constitutional * grounds, at least for the present.

Troubleshooting:

In DISPLAY PROPERTIES, settings tab, use a setting of 1024 x 768 screen area. It is also possible to use a screen area setting of 800 x 600 with fair results. Other settings may compromise your ability to view my pages satisfactorily.
