Trying to anticipate the seasonal needs of my customers is a big challenge.
Having the right inventory on hand at the right time of year so that orders can be filled in timely fashion is "key" to a successful operation.
My first job was in Ann Arbor, Michigan at Dietzel's Shoe Store. I hired in during the summer of 1951.
