OFFICIAL COMIC BOOK

Star Wars - Episode I: The Phantom Menace adapted by Henry Gilroy;
Pencils by Rodolfo Damaggio; Inks by Al Williamson

These are some of my favorite images in the comic
The cover for Issue one
Qui-Gon running to escape the Trade Federation's MTTs
Qui-Gon begins his first fight with Darth Maul
The 'Duel of the Fates' begins
Qui-Gon fights alone
I think this is one of the most intense scenes in the whole movie and I love how Qui-Gon meditates while Darth Maul paces like a caged animal!
Qui-Gon's noble end (Talk about a cheap shot!)
Qui-Gon's funeral
I don't know about you, but I get a real kick out of watching
Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan decimate all those droids! :)

And now for some of my favorite dialogs from the comic
"Keep your concentration here and now where it belongs."
  "There's always a bigger fish."
"Relax" (I just love the 'Vulcan neck pinch' thing Qui-Gon uses on Jar-Jar! Unfortunately, it doesn't last long.)
"Don't do that again."
"I wish that were so. . . " (Can we say FORESHADOWING?!)
"The queen doesn't need to know" ;)
"Concentrate on the moment - use your instincts."
"The queen trusts my judgment, young handmaiden." ;)
"Anakin Skywalker, meet Obi-Wan Kenobi."
"Do not defy the Council, Master, not again."
"We'll handle this."
"It's too late. . . " *sniffles*
