From L to R and horizontally: 1 X Litter Securing Strap (olive drab color shade), 1 X Left Canvas Pouch (olive drab shade w/ Lace + additional cotton straps w/loops for instruments), 1 X Suspender, 1 X Right Canvas Pouch (olive drab w/Lace, please note the holder’s ASN° stenciled on front), 1 X Litter Securing Strap (olive drab color shade), 1 X Litter Carrying Strap (khaki color shade), 2 X Cantle Ring Straps (khaki color shade), 1 X Litter Carrying Strap (khaki color shade), 1 X Litter Securing Strap (olive drab color shade)

From L to R and horizontally: 1 X Left Canvas Pouch (olive drab w/Lace, front view + additional cotton straps w/loops for instrument + miscellaneous medical instruments), 1 X Right Canvas Pouch (olive drab w/Lace, rear view, cotton strap w/loop was originally intended for securing pouch to saddle by mounted personnel), 1 X Suspender (please note 1st pattern hooks, pertaining to M-1906 suspenders, shade is rather brown and not khaki color), 2 X Cantle Ring Straps (khaki color shade)
