| Pebblestone Giftware was introduced in 1972. It was made by brushing
a base coat of either manganese brown, cobalt blue, or copper green over
the red clay. Then a second overglaze was applied with a sponge lightly over
the base color to create the pebble effect. As their brochure states: "Carefree
natural pebble texture available in flowing earth tones of Amber, Jade or
Blue." Known pieces include ashtrays, a bowl, bud vases, a candleholder,
a candy dish, a centerpiece, a tray, an urn, and various vases. (#3774,
