Over the years Stangl created a large number of different dealer signs. These signs were made for retailers to use with store displays and typically match the pottery items in production at the time. |

A number of the Stangl dealer signs have been reproduced. In general the reproductions were made specifically for collectors to display with their collections and are well marked as being reproductions. The one exception is the Blue Town and Country dealer sign. It was made in the early 1990s by Frank Wheaton's grandson. It is unmarked and is commonly sold as being "original" by unknowing collectors and dealers. |
