Hi and thanks for visiting Emo's Rubber Stamping projects pages.
Rubber Stamping provides endless opportunities for creating beautiful hand made greeting cards and accessories, and you don't even have to be an artist! All you need to start off with is a beginner's book on basic stamping, or a Stamping magazine such as Stamp It! or Rubber Stamp Madness (found at your local craft store), to learn about the different inks, papers, tricks and techniques, a couple of stamps and ink pads, and No Fear Of Addiction! Use some picture examples to copy a couple of cards for practice, and you'll be on your way to creating your own artwork. Always remember that there is no such thing as a mistake, you can always cover a slip-up up with ink, paper or an embellishment, and usually the unpredictable results are a nice surprise! I learn something new every day and like to incorporate different techniques in the process. E-mail me if you like, I'd be happy to help with ideas, as well as hear from you about new ones. Scroll down for some links to web pages containing lots of information about Rubber Stamping, as well as supplies and embellishments. Here are a few projects that I enjoyed making. Be sure to check back often for more additions coming soon. Happy stamping!
