LOVE CAN OPEN PRISON DOORS (1)

       As stated by A. P. Adams, "The life of a Christian is faith; (GaI. 3:11) the foundation of faith is knowledge. (Rom. 10:17).  Knowledge  of God, as given through God's secret [now revealed] Christ himself, is the only thing that will establish, advance, and keep steady, a disciple of Christ."  Our mission is to provide the writings of spiritually inspired and gifted servants of God to assist those in their spiritual search.  In this portion of our web site we offer the book titled LOVE CAN OPEN PRISON DOORS by Starr Daily. The Lord Bishop of Worchester, England, wrote about Starr Daily in 1947(1), we quote, "The story of an embittered convict in jail and the transformation that came to him through the love of God...Nothing from the pen of Starr Daily is ordinary."  Starr's "Pauline" prison experience illuminates the reality of seeking after God. He states, "the idea of seeking God fades on the film of our consciousness'" and "this idea, long held and fostered by men, is as false as the beard of Hercules. It is God who is doing the seeking." It is Christ Jesus who searches for the "lost" sheep; those sheep lost in the woods of senseless direction and moving about in fruitless circles. Starrs' revelation continues as he states, "when we cease seeking our way," God has already manifested himself through LOVE. "His love, whether we know it or not, begat all our love. Our love of God....is but letting Him Love us."
