Being Calm in the Center of the Storm

Lecture, Workshop, Series

"The techniques I learned were highly effective and made a profound difference in the quality of my work and everyday life."

                                                       Celia McCormack, MBA

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm gives you an incredible sense of balance, intuition, timing, and awareness.  The same principles that allowed the ancient samurai to remain completely calm and centered while being surrounded by adversaries will enable you to remain calm, centered, and free of stress when at the center of the storm.

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm is filled with specific techniques that teach you how to:

  •   Find balance and clarity in stressful situations

  •   Discover a greater sense of being

  •   Project confidence and integrity

  •   Release tension and negativity

  •   Be flexible and adaptable in any situation

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm allows you to create harmony in the midst of chaos.  A calm mind perceives situations with greater sensitivity, responds quickly to changing circumstances, and gains accurate insights into any situation.  Michael blends the principles of Aiki (way of harmony) and human dynamics to create a profound learning environment where people discover their hidden potential, develop greater self-confidence, and enjoy a richer life experience.
