Being Calm in the Center of the Storm

Lecture, Workshop, Series

"The techniques I learned were highly effective and made a profound difference in the quality of my work and everyday life."

                                                       Celia McCormack, Educator

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm gives you an incredible sense of balance, intuition, timing and judgment.  The same principles that allowed the ancient samurai to remain completely calm and centered while being surrounded by adversaries will help you to remain calm, balanced, and free of stress when at the center of the storm.

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm is filled with specific techniques that teach you how to:

  •   Respond quickly to changing circumstances

  •   Project confidence and integrity

  •   Find balance with a centered sense of being

  •   Release tension, negativity, and stress

  •   Gain greater insights and clear understanding

Being Calm in the Center of the Storm is based upon the Aiki philosophy that allows you to create harmony through the balance of the mind, body, and spirit.  A calm mind perceives situations with greater sensitivity, responds quickly to changing circumstances, and gains accurate insights into any situation.
