“Michael consistently brings a fresh perspective

in solving today's workplace issues."

                                                                Sr. Software Engineer

What makes people difficult?  Though difficult people can absorb your time and energy, you can learn to diffuse tensions and redirect their negative energy for a positive outcome without losing your sense of balance and productivity.

Dealing with Difficult People is filled with specific techniques that teach you how to:

  •   Respond to different types of difficult people

  •   Listen to others without absorbing their negativity

  •   Raise your level of perception and self-esteem

  •   Create positive outcomes from negative situations

  •   Attract optimistic people into your life

Dealing with Difficult People is based upon the Aiki philosophy of conflict resolution that allows people to create harmony in difficult situations.  Michael brings a unique perspective in his lectures and workshops, which are always audience-centered, insightful, and entertaining.  One of the greatest benefits you can achieve from learning how to work with difficult people is a profound sense of inner peace while creating a positive, innovative workplace for everyone.
