Information and Prices

Where:
Studio is located at 2261 Baywood Drive, Biloxi, MS 39532, on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

How:
Deliver your art to my studio (Minimum of 3 photographs per setup)
Call first to schedule.

Time Required:
Depends upon how many items are to be photographed and the type of photography and services you require. Allow at least three days between pickup and delivery; time may vary.
Please, no rush orders as in "I need it today."
Slides require extra time.

Basic Service:

• Three image minimum which includes studio setup, studio time and computer time
• One color shot of each art piece, black or white background
• Small 3-Dimensional art has the option of being photographed on a pedestal
• One digital image of each shot provided at 8 X 10, 300 dpi
• One digital image of each shot provided at 4" X 6", 300 dpi
• One digital image of each shot provided at 4" X 5", 72 dpi for e-mail and Internet use
• One print image proof at 4" X 6" with glossy or satin finish per art piece
• Each extra 4 X 6 print: $5.00
• Images delivered via e-mail free, or burned to a CD-ROM ($5.00 setup and burn fee).

Additional Services:

• Clean up and enhance your photographs $25 minimum computer time per hour
• Additional Prints of your photographs

Your Rights:

• You will have unlimited use for any purpose of your Portfolio Photographs (except for the re-sale of my photographs of your work).
• You may create additional copies as needed.
• Art Portfolio Photography retains all copyrights to photographs.
• Digital files will be retained by Art Portfolio Photography in case you lose your files or need additional professional reprints.

Prices:
Basic Service - $60.00
Additional art items over three: $10.00 each in same session

Slide Transparencies:
Slides are made from digital photographs
Studio Setup Fee: $30.00 (Not charged if already doing basic service)
Each slide Preparation Fee: $5.00 in addition to Studio and Setup Fee
Each slide: $5.00
(Total cost per slide not counting studio setup fee of $30.00: $10.00)

Allow at least 8 days for slides.

Images delivered via e-mail as .jpgs if you have Cable or DSL
Images on CD-ROM: Add $5.00 setup and burn fee.

A minimum number of Archival Prints can be made of your work at an additional charge at any time in sizes up to 8 X 12; however, I am not in the lab printing business at this time. Inquire about prices.

It is preferable to photograph two-dimensional art before it is framed under glass, as light reflections may cause images to not truly represent them. Canvases such as acrylics and oils can be photographed in their frames or unframed.
