Linda Saxon Nix lives in the South, where flowers of one kind or another bloom all year long. Photographing flowers is a passion of hers. Wherever she travels, she looks for flowers to capture with her Canon 10-D. She also has used 35mm slides, film and a Mamiya 645 medium format camera. Nix takes great care to capture the very essence of each flower, and then prints the photograph to her perfectionistic standards on an Epson 2200 printer using archival Premiun Lustre paper which is rated to last for close to 100 years with proper care. |
