So Rare! Collectibles Die-Cast Model Collector works under any Windows from 3.1 to XP and does not require Microsoft Access or any other program. It offers great flexibility for die-cast model collectors that want a complete and easy method of maintaining and accessing information about their collection. In addition to the standard collection parameters you may input as many pictures as you desire for each die-cast model. You can print complete collection reports and lists of die-cast models with profit/loss and collection pictures.
You can enter data for each field as shown in the above picture of the data entry screen of So Rare! Collectibles Die-Cast Model Collector. This data includes each die-cast model year in your collection, make (Ford, Mercedes Benz, etc.), model, color, type (sedan, coupe, etc.), scale (1:18, 1:32, etc.), condition (standard grades or any scheme you want to describe the condition of your die-cast models), die-cast model manufacturer (Motormint, Corgi, etc.), model manufacturer's identifier or part number, production run, production year, retirement date, the price you paid, the date you acquired the die-cast model, sell date, sell price, original price, market price, any comments or notes you want to add, model or other pictures (you can include as many pictures as you like).
There are popup menus of most of the model manufacturers, scales, die-cast model conditions, makes and types to simplify data entry and ensure consistency.
You can browse through your entire die-cast model collection with easy to use navigation buttons.
You can display and/or print a single die-cast model or all die-cast models sorted in order of any parameter you desire. If you desire a custom report that is limited to certain die-cast models you may generate a custom query. A customized query or search is made by selecting a field, an operator (i.e., =, <>, <, >, <=, >=, ==, IN), and entering the argument, e.g., PAIDPRICE < 10.00 (This example will find all die-cast models for which you paid less than $10.00).
You can also display and/or print a single die-cast model picture or all pictures with die-cast model data. You can generate a custom query for pictures as well.
You can display and/or print a list of a single or all scales, types, conditions, makes and manufacturers. You can also display and/or print a single die-cast model picture or all pictures with die-cast model data. You can generate a custom query for lists as well.
A custom label may be applied to all reports.
