It was Katie's birthday, Joe Miller is all the way to the right, and the infamous Papason on the far left.
Bob Arnold is coming out of the door and Bell is kneeling to the left of Katie. Others are unknown.

Bob Arnold was stationed at the 14th and left in 1965, and then came back and opened the Starlight Bar.
