02-16-06 - Yes, I'm (hopefully) back from the dead. A lot of things happened all at once - my comp crashed for a second time, grad classes got harder, and real life reared its ugly head. However, after over a year of nothing, I'm hoping I can produce at least a few more things for y'all. Anyway, here is my pride and joy. Something I've been working on and off on for the year I've been away. . .   HOGWARTS!   The Hogwarts School is situated on Lots 3, 4, 5, and 7 - one for each house. I decided to do things this way so that I could fit more characters into my school. And also so that I had a way to keep Slytherins from waltzing into to the Gryffindor common room, for example. There's a great invisible door which can only be used by family members, which I installed to keep visiting non-house members at bay.   Each of the thumbnails below are a different rotation, so hopefully you can get a better idea of how everything looks. These floor plans are based mostly off of the games, though I had to get creative in some areas. LOL! Also, the pictures are all labeled, so you can see which classrooms, etc. I've added to each section.   Oh, before I forget - There are some Build items I used that are from various other sites, so there's a relatively small, yet necessary shopping list for these lots. Go here to view it and find out what you need. This list is also where you'll find the downlaods for all the walls and floors I created for each lot.   Finally, in addition to the lots themselves, I've created a more natural Neighborhood setting which doesn't have any modern bridges or roads. Well, I don't have a lot of megabytes for this site and to make room for some skins and houses I'm planning to have up soon, I needed to find another place for them. Anyway, it seemed that the easiest way to do it was to get a YahooGroup. No special requirements, no waiting for confimation to join.
