Breeding To Try To Improve The Breed

We concentrate on quality rather than quantity, breeding only one litter at a time to maximumize socialization. We try to breed for health and temperament with good looks thrown in for good measure. Our dogs have extensive, on-going health testing and we make a donation to basenji health research for each dog sold and each stud fee received. And although we have a "take back" policy, we try very hard to match the right dog with the right family the first time. Basenjis are NOT for everyone.
