I'm Just In It For The Ride.

My precious Lord, how You know me so well,
Carrying me through this life deep within Yourself.

All those moments that I could not understand,
As things happened, You still had Your plan.

For Your Love shines brighter than anything known,
Deep within me You have made Your home.

From this temple that You created with no hands,
You walk this earth touching the hearts of man.

Your Word tells us so plain and so clear,
All things work together well for those You hold near.

It has taken me so many years to understand,
The mystery of Your predestinated plan,

As your child, I have stumbled through life,
Causing my own unnecessary strife.

It is in our first thoughts, that You lead the way,
To do and say what we should each day.

I now know why You carry me so deep inside,
It is You who lives, I'm Just In It For The Ride.
