Son,
When You Were Born To Me..
Something
changed in me that I had not expected.
I saw you growing up to be a man who's
worth was to be beyond anything that this world
could ever measure.
Within you was a sweet spirit sent straight from God.
Within you, because of God, is a Power that is given
to you to become a man who can overcome all of the
temptations in life that would bring you down.
Within you
is that special Love, that is far capable
of causing you to respect all others and to have
compassion for those who need you.
You are a special young man now who is able to
speak those things that are not as though they were.
God gave you his heart, He gave you his
ability to change situations that are not what
you really want for your life.
All you
need to do is tap into that Love within you,
listen to your first thoughts that are from God, who is
wanting to guide you. He can take your burdens,
He can take your confusions, He can forgive
you instantly. Just forgive those around you and He
can then forgive you.
I may not
have had this wisdom at the time you were born, but Son,
I want you to have it because I think this is what
you may need to use in your young life. My love for you is a love that
could move mere mountains, my love for you is a love of prayer
as I daily ask our Lord to watch over you and keep you from harm.
I love you Son, more than I love life, itself.
