Custom Handcrafted Beach Centerpiece

Waving wild Seaside!
A one of a kind arrangement, this seashell and driftwood decor signature design was waiting to be birthed for ages! The driftwood was found on the beach in Florida and is all knotty, really beautiful. It had been sitting on the mantle in my studio for nearly a year, while I admired its natural knotty paths and bleached patina. Dreaming of soft summer nights on the wild dunes of Sanibel Island and of the glorious tropical flowers of Key West, while turning it this way and that, once I affixed the first shell, the design came together quickly. I almost believe the driftwood was dictating how it wanted to be permanently displayed! I have added silk and dried flowers and berries, real seashells. And a lot of joy. Some of the dried flowers came from a bouquet my husband gave me and others came from our garden. Most of the shells were found by us or relatives.
