![]() The Life and Times of Shane Helms Entry #22 Monday, June 12th, 2000. What's up Addicts? Finally, 3 Count is coming back to television! LOL! Check the Appearances section for the date and place. Could this be the debut of our new single? :) So, I guess my surgery went as well as could be expected. I lost a little weight (damn it!) and I will have to wear another mask for a few weeks, but only in the ring of course. I want to thank everyone for the seemingly never ending amount of get well cards and email that I have received. I honestly sit down and read every single piece or article that I get. And as Booker T. would say, "And I ain't lying either!" I don't have a Fan Award yet, but if I did, this month's would go to Dave (no last name) who sent me a comic book that I have been trying to find for about 10 years! I'm serious. That is, without a doubt, one of the best gifts that I have ever received. Thanks Dave, you are the man! And while I'm on the subject, if anyone that reads this thinks that comics are just a kid-thing? Then just take my word for it, because I read all kinds of stuff, and modern comics (much like pro wrestling) aren't just for kids anymore! You don't believe me, just pick up a copy of Punisher and see for yourself. I want to thank Tina for the DVD's, she got me some good ones, and I want to thank Danny for the Sugar Shane poster that he made and sent. It looked like a lot of time and effort went into that. I also want to thank Shannon (not Moore) for the Green Lantern action figure. That was cool too! Thanks sweetie! Jack Dupp and I went to see Gladiator, and it was real good (not to mention "terribly vexing"). A lot of slicing up of people though, so be warned. Mi2 was good as well! Road Trip was hilarious but Dinosaur was kinda *blahhhh,* if you know what I mean? Big Mama was good too, but not as funny as Lawrence's last film, Blue Streak. Good humanitarian story time: I was driving down the road the other day and there was a small turtle (my 2nd favorite animal) in the road. So what did I do? I turned around and went and put him on the side of the road that he was facing. Ain't I sweet? I went bowling earlier today with my good friend the Wild Turkey Warrior, and let me just tell you guys and gals a little something about Sugar Shane's bowling skills . . . . . they don't exist! WTW whooped my ass 3 games straight! And everyone be sure to check out the finally finished Q and A section for answers to "some" of your questions! That's all for now, see ya later, Shane Helms |
