What's up Addicts?

First off, I want to reassure everyone that 3 Count is still very much a part of World Championship Wrestling. I can't explain our absence as of late, but I have been told that we "have nothing to worry about," so I am just going to continue to do what I have been doing and that's enjoying my time off!

So, what have I been doing with myself? Well, despite what Kanyon constantly advises me to go do with myself (G.F.Y.), I have been having a great time lately just working out (getting jacked?), taking in some movies: U-571 (way intense), The Green Mile (I'm going to see it again very soon!), and Rules of Engagement (waste the mofo's), buying DVD's (someone please stop me before I am completely broke) and just hanging out! Making the most of it, if you know what I mean?

Next, let me say that the email and postal mail that I have been getting lately is unbelievable! And rest assured that I, and only I, read every single piece of mail that I get. The gifts, while unnecessary, are also very much appreciated! The CD's (thanks Molly), the Hockey Jersey (thanks Jase), and everything else that I have received has just absolutely blown me away!

As for my surgery, it was indeed pushed back to May 12th. It's a long story why but that's the deal, so I am 3 days away from what is going to be a very uncomfortable afternoon.

Now, for a little 3 Count update, Shannon and I have been facing The Jung Dragons all over the country lately, and I must say that we are really stepping things up a notch in the ring lately. We are becoming a lot better friends than ever before, and I think that is what is helping us more than anything! As for Evan, I believe that his family emergency is now cleared up enough for him to return to action, so 3 Count should be in full force the next time you see us.

Now as for "Ready to Rumble," the premiere was simply phenomenal! I mean, the limos, the red carpet, the photographers, man it was awesome, and an experience that I will treasure forever!

Speaking of which, I would be remise if I didn't congratulate my friend David Arquette on his recent winning of the WCW World Heavyweight Title! It just goes to show that anything, and I mean anything, can happen in pro wrestling! And on the subject of title wins, let me also say that Hardcore Hardy was great! Not to mention Matt putting the "WhackDown" on people silly at the PPV Sunday. Hiliarious!

It would appear that my friend "The Maestro's" career in WCW is at its end and I want to wish him well in whatever his next step is. I always had this funny vision of 3 Count singing and dancing while "The Maestro" was behind us waving his baton, conducting our performance. Anyway, I thought that it would have been funny.

My boys, The Dupps, have been doing great in the WWF, as I knew they would, and I expect to see them on TV pretty soon. Speaking of friends though, everyone check out "Pro Wrestling Illustrated Presents: Wrestling, The Greats of the Game" for a picture of my great friend Hank Varney in the Steve Austin section! Get 'em Hank!

That's all for now, see ya later,
Shane Helms
