Good news and bad news!

Bad news first. Two friends of mine were recently injured and I want to wish them a speedy recovery. First, Greg Ellis who plays for the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, and who is simply awesome doing so, suffered a broken leg during a game recently. I went to High School with Greg, and believe it or not I always thought that he was heading for the NBA because he was a star on our High School basketball team as well as football team. Anyway, Greg, I hope that you recover well and soon so that you can get back to busting heads for the Cowboys. (Why couldn't you play for the Redskins?)

Next, one of my best friends, Matt Hardy, recently suffered some pretty bad facial damage. Now Matt is pretty tough, not as tough as Christian, but pretty tough, and this is just a small obstacle for him to overcome. So Matt, take care of the "Jimmy" eye and get back to doing what we do best, and that's rock the house!

Now, the good news! 3Count debuted on Thunder last week and on Nitro this week. What can I say? While the female response has been overwhelming, the male audience just doesn't seem to appreciate what we are doing. Guys, think about it! As long as we are on the show, the more women are gonna come and watch!

Now, as for the guys interupting our perfomances, they have theirs coming! And they will go down for the 3Count!

I hope that everyone had a great Christmas, and will have an equally great New Year. Can you freaking believe that it is gonna be the year 2000?

I recently finished reading Mick Foley's book and I must say that it very entertaining. I highly recommend it for everyone and not just wrestling fans.

I went and saw Bicentennial Man and it was so-so. I can't give it my full recommendation but when it comes on HBO or Showtime, be sure to check it out.

For all you Hockey fans out there, I recently started attending some Carolina Hurricanes games with my good friend Mark "Wild Turkey Warrior" Armstrong (Hey Beth and Little Mark) and I must say that I had an awesome time. The 'Canes lost the first game I went to against the Detriot Redwings, but won an overtime victory in my next game against the Florida Panthers.

Finally, on the Website news, the FAQ page is almost finished but I think that I am gonna refer to it as Q & A! How's that? Also, it has been suggested that I put up a message board. Any thoughts? Let me know!

That's all for now, see ya later,
Shane Helms
