-- Payment is to be made in full prior to shipment of animal(s) unless prior arrangments have been made. - Currently Money Orders and Paypal are the only accepted forms of payment - Payment must be received within 5 working days if paying by money order and within 24 hours if paying by paypal after notification of intent to purchase. - Animals are guaranteed healthy and feeding when they leave S.T.E. - 7 day guarantee- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have seven days from the day of shipment to make notifications. Animals will be replaced with an animal of equal value or a full refund given. - Animals are guaranteed sexed correctly. Verification must be done in the first seven days after receipt. If I make an error, I will pay to ship the animal back and pay to ship you the new animal. - Animals will not be shipped when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees or is below 50 degrees. - All animals are shipped priority overnight via FedEx with next day delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping is a flat rate of $50.00 for up to six hatchlings. Larger animals or larger quantities will be determined on case by case basis. - Someone MUST be available to receive the shipment. If no one is available when package arrives, the guarantee is null and void. - Unfortunately due to WAY too many dead beat buyers in past seasons, I must implement a rule that I will have to stick hard and fast to. They are as follows: If paying by money order, payment must be received within 5 working days of notification of intent to purchase. There will be no holding of animals without a 20% or $20.00 (non-refundable) minimum deposit. That deposit must be overnighted in order for the buyer to hold any given animal. When paying by paypal, payment must be received within 24 hours of notification of intent to purchase. - It is the buyers responsibility to know his/her state laws and legalities in regards to animals purchased.
