We continue to conduct and publish research that is useful to the human resource professional.. We have conducted on going research into the different competencies of male and female managers. This gender research has been cited in such publications as: HR Magazine, Inc., BusinessWeek, Working Woman, Incentive, Executive Female, Across the Board, the Detroit Free Press, Retailing Today, Data-Based Edutrends (Canada), and many management books.

We have also published articles on the impact of change on the workplace and the concept of change readiness among employees.
