In connection with the SVOA reroofing project, Combes Construction has offered to contract with individual owners who want to replace their wood shingles with Hardi board (concrete) shingles. The cost is $11.85 per square foot. This price includes stripping and hauling away existing shingles, providing and installing shingle siding (7" exposure) over 60 min. building paper and caulking joints where siding meets trim.

An additional charge of $2.20 per square foot will be charged to prime and paint shingles to meet SVOA codes and requirements.
