SD design and configuration of Service Contracts and Billing for Equipment Service and Rental.

Full cycle implementation of SAP 4.6C in the Americas for an international construction chemical company.
Consolidation of four merged chemical companies into one integrated technology platform.
Business design and configuration, consulting on Best Business Practices using methodology based on ASAP.
Writing specifications for Business Warehouse reports and validating BW data.
Responsible for the development of the solution to record and track company assets using semi-automated transactions and standard integration with SM and PM to minimize administration of master data.

Service Management (SM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant for Bush Transportation Systems.
Full cycle implementation of the SM and PM modules (SAP version 4.5b) for a rental and leasing business.
Team member working on the joint development of AIS's Entigra leasing business solution with SAP.
Responsible for the development of the solution to record and track Asset Insurance which was not available in standard SAP functionality.
Designed the concept for automatically creating insurance "dunning" transmittals and worked with programmers to develop the finished product.

During the earlier stages of this project, outlined a scoping document for Kaneka Chemical Co. for integration of the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module with their existing SAP system (FI,CO, AM and MM modules)(Version 3.1h).
Consequently, on acceptance of the bid, provided technical support for the PM Consultant on-site during all stages of the project.

First line user support using Telephone Hotline Response and Remedy Action Request system.
Provided additional assistance by writing ABAP code to standardize reports, add additional selection and output data and, using "hotspots", add drill down functionality in existing reports.
This not only saved time on the project, but also helped users to spend less time searching in reports trying to identify where they could use the drill down function.
