Fundraising Status - Phase 2:

The cost of the
grill exhaust installation was reduced from the original
estimate (many thanks to
our general contractor construction friends who helped out on this
one! ) However, there has been a last minute scramble for hardware
in order to fully meet the specifications from the various building and
fire inspectors, so the total for the grill is close to the original
estimate ($9000)

In accordance with
our original announcement, any funding we receive in excess of
that required to refurbish the grill will be used for improving
building infrastructure: specifically, the next projects
being considered are the

about the money being collected:
- The
money is a one-time gift. It
is not a loan or an investment.
- All
money collected will be used strictly for the upgrade and maintenance of
The Outpost and not to retire any previous debt.
- Like
all things in life, there are no guarantees.
There could be a new crisis next year or even next month and The
Outpost would be forced to close.
