By virtue of Entry No. 3003 dated 23rd March 1830.
I have surveyed for John Daniel [two] hundred acres of land bying in the County aforesaid on [the] waters of Mountain Creek on the west side of said creek.
Beg'g on a black oak the northeast corner of said Daniel ...acres tract that he now lives on, running thence thirty three poles to a hickory on the west boundary line of said Daniels 50 [acre] tract thence south with said line eighty-nine poles to a black oak and black jack the same being the southwest corner of said fifty acre tract [thence] east with the line of said tract passing the corner in all one hundred & thirty-eight to a stake on Archbald Hicks line, thence south with Hicks line one hundred and forty-four poles to a post oak Hicks corner on David Williams lines thence west ... his line eighty-one poles to two hickorys Williams n.w. corner thence south the west boundary one hundred and twenty six poles to a hickory on Hamon? thence west with said line one hundred and sixty poles to a post oak ... north one hundred and forty poles to a stake on the south boundary line of Daniels 25 acre tract then east sixteen & 3/4 poles to the s.e. corner a post oak ... north two hundred and twenty poles to the beg'g induring & redening 57 acres of ... nted land belonging to said John Daniels.
