Naturist Legal Resources
This page contains a selection of legal resources that relate to Naturist causes.
When somebody asks, "What is the law?", there are really two answers, for "the law" is really of two types. statuatory law and case law. Statuatory law is made up of statutes, that is, the laws that are passed by legislatures. This, however, is not all, because those laws are interpreted by courts as to what they mean (and as to whether they are constitutional or not). This additional law is called case law. Generally, to know whether something is legal or not, you need to consult both.
