Complex layers of clear, opaque and dichroic glass are fired and fused into intensely colored pieces. The fused glass are mounted on either copper, aluminum or steel. The metal backgrounds are hand treated to produce texture by brushing, grinding, hammering and etching and color by oxidizing acids. They are designed to be presented either singly or in groups as architectural accent.
