Use:
Rein rounding draw plates are used to draw a leather thong or large sewn leather rein through progressivly smaller holes to create a smooth rounded surface. The holes are smooth and slightly rounded on both sides. Some rein rounding draw plates are designed to be bench mounted and others may be clamped in a vice. Many have a pin to lock them in the closed position.
