DRUM SOLO CHOREOGRAPHY
A rising
star on the international circuit, Nath Keo has performed 7 tours
in 51 cities and over 1000 performances of dance and music.
His
unique background combines training in both Middle Eastern dance and
in classical and folkloric Cambodian dance. Born in Kav Lan Refugee
Camp on the border of Thailand and Cambodia, Nath immigrated to Canada
at the age of nine.
In the
years since immigrating to Canada, he has also gained fame for his
singing, songwriting, and music composition. In addition to his dance
performances, workshop teaching, and large scale show productions,
this multifaceted artist has also released 2 music CDs, a book, and
2 dance instructional DVDs.
In February
2006, Nath was ordained as a Bikkhu Theravada Buddhist Monk at Wat
Tuol Taong, Cambodia. He returned to Canada, to resume dance and music,
in 2007.
Nath's
creativity and phenomenal skill, combined with exquisite music interpretation,
create an unforgettable dance experience.
