Overcoming Test Anxiety
Most students encounter test anxiety one time or another. Some students
feel it every time they take a test. Concern about tests that causes
you to study is a good thing. Anxiety levels that cause you to panic
or freeze up are not!
Many schools provide good advice to their students about test anxiety.
This alone should tell you that it is a common phenomenon, that lots
of students experience it, and that there are things you can do to reduce
it or remove
it from yourself.
There is good advice about handling your anxiety at

learn to let go of your fear, learn
to prepare and be confident about
