This is the homepage of the Steed Family of Marion, Ohio (residents since 2004). We are Richard, Kelly, Boots (Hamster), Pippin (the Guinea Pig) and our newest addition (2005) Bear (Hamster). Richard was born in Marion, OH (Popcorn Capital of the World). He works as a Phaser Operator (leads to a lot of Star Trek jokes) for ConAgra Snack Foods in Marion. Richard is an aspiring science fiction novelist. He's currently working on a hard science fiction novel entitled Terror From the Past. Kelly (a native Detroiter) is a freelancer, award-winning sci-fi horror novelist and poet. She's been published in both eBook and Trade Paperback formats.

This page is dedicated to the memory and sacrifices of the soldiers, who fought for the freedom we so richly enjoy, from the American Revolution to the military of today, who go above and beyond the call so that none are forgotten for the sacrifices that they have made. The events of Sep.11th have shown that not only our military, but the men and women of the fire and police services also put themselves in harms way, when enemies of the US attack. We must accept that each one of us are now on the front line.
