If
I had a wishing
well
I know what I
would do;
I'd toss some
shiny coins in,
make wishes just
for you.
I'd
wish for you the
bluest skies
to cheer you
when there's
rain;
I'd wish dark
clouds would
roll away
and not return
again.
When
you are cold I'd
wish you warmth
of sunshine
bright as gold.
I'd wish you joy
along life's
path
as all your
dreams unfold.
But
there's one wish
that I would
wish,
just one that
would be
mine:
with all my
heart and soul
I'd wish
you'd be my
valentine!
