Needle Cases

Below are 5 needle cases I turned from "Black Walnut" except for number "4" which was turned from "Osage Orange". Number "l" has a loose ring. Photo's are actual size of cases.

Below is a needle case made with an inside spool holder for thread and inside of it, needles are stored. It is made of "Mahogany" and the end cap is a "Thimble".

This needle case uses a rubber "O" ring for sealing the cap. The wood is "Mahogany"

Needle case #8 is "Mesquite". Cases #9 & 10 are "Black Cherry" and 11 & 12 are "Black Walnut.

These needle cases were turned with various hard woods using tagua nut and ebony for caps. One is turned using corian.
