Mission, Kansas 2 Splishy Splashblocks and 2 prisoners were recently turned over to authorities at KCPT - TV19 for their annual auction..
The Splishy SplashBlocks are some new fiberglass prototypes. The Prisoners are cast concrete things with special accomodations...
