Please allow 24 hours for complete processing of your order. You do not need to add holiday delivery charges if you order prior to a holiday and there are at least 7 days available for the shipment to get to your recipient. If you are ordering during an actual Holiday Week and need delivery by the holiday, then select holiday delivery or other rush charges in the shopping cart. Please bear in mind additional shipping always depends on length of time that you have for the shipment to arrive at its destination. Royal Gift Basket takes extra special care in the packaging of
our boxes, making sure they are tightly sealed and wrapped inside and out. Please be assured that we take all precautions to ensure their safe shipment.
We will use at our discretion the safest route for shipment. The following are shipping charges that you will have to
select from when you enter the shopping cart system. We keep abreast of all changes in the market and have selected the United States Postal
Service and Federal Express as the most reliable and least
expensive carriers available. If your package is sent via another carrier we will notify you.
The charges are based on the size of the basket and the box
it is shipped in. They fall under the categories of "Large Packages" or "Oversized". The average box used is large and measures
84 inches to 108 inches all around. We use larger boxes for larger oversized basket, decorated trees and centerpiece arrangements.
The weight of the basket or other decorative item is also a factor. If it weighs less than
fifteen pounds, but it needs a large box, the rate is a flat rate. Most of our
baskets weigh at least 12 to 15 pounds or more. For baskets that are very small or lighter the shipping
charge is less. The Ground and Priority
Mail charges include delivery confirmation and insurance. The Express charges
include tracking and delivery confirmation and insurance. Overnight delivery is not an option when using a check for payment.***
5 to 7 DAY Ground shipping will be added automatically to the basket
price. West Coast and some Central States usually take 7 days because the shipment is coming from South Florida. The package may arrive sooner depending on the remoteness of the destination. However the parameters set forth are the basic guarantees. You may select additional shipping options to speed the delivery. The
