  sharp ft leg angles. Limit kick hgt to her kick.  Good judgement & tempo

  influence hgt & distance of kick.  Don't kick hogh on crowded floors.

    A kick may follow a knee action: Raise bent free knee to hip level with

  free ft at weighted knee level, kick free ft fwd extended at hip level.
