HOLLY: RAVE ON 2001

last 24 hours of Buddy's life. Includes the most extensive photos and film
footage of plane crash site˜including the reading of the coroner's report.

drugs, guns and Buddy trying to fly the plane. Interviews include: Tommy
Allsup, Waylon Jennings, Carl Bunch, Carroll Andersen (Surf Ballroom manager),
Peggy Sue, Jerry Dwyer (owner of charter plane flight service), Jerry Allen
(County Sheriff), Bob Hale (DJ/MC at Surf Ballroom), Bill Griggs (Buddy Holly
historian), Sonny Curtis, Travis Holley and others.

THE SEEKERS
DOWN UNDER
The one-hour spectacular that
turned Australian television on it's ear. It was filmed entirely on location
and takes Judith Durham, Athol Guy, Keith Potger and Bruce Woodley on a
sightseeing tour of Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Surfers Paradise and South
Australia's Borossa Valley. In the days of black and white television in
Australia, THE SEEKERS DOWN UNDER was shot in colour for overseas sale, and
features 15 of the group's most popular songs, as well as the first recorded
version of Judith Durham's solo hit, The Olive Tree. It also features a guest
appearance by Australia's Prime Minister of the day, the late Harold Holt. 16
tracks on location plus live concert footage songs include.....
"A World Of Our Own",
"Someday One Day", "Red Rubber Ball", The Times They Are A
Changin", "Morningtown Ride", "Gerogie Girl",
"The Carnival Is Over" & others.
Ends with The Seekers legendary
appearance at Melbourne's Myer Music Bowl during the city's annual Moomba
festival in 1967, with live performances of their worldwide hits. The record
crowd of 200,000 fans made the Guinness Book of Records. When first screened in
Australia by Channel 7 in 1967, THE SEEKERS DOWN UNDER attracted a record
rating figure of 67, a figure that remains unbeaten to this day. 60 min Colour

THE SEEKERS AT
HOME
The group's very first TV special
was filmed in 1966 during their first trip home after they put Australia on the
international map with three Number One hits in England and around the world.
Filmed in black and white, THE SEEKERS AT HOME was mainly shot in Melbourne's now
demolished Fitzroy Teletheatre and features 16 songs. Studio footage is
interspersed with Judith, Athol, Keith and Bruce singing Morningtown Ride on
Victoria's historic steam train, Puffing Billy, in the Dandenong Ranges, and
Someday, One Day on the beach at Black Rock. The vintage footage includes the
group performing Open Up Them Perly Gates, Just A Closer Walk With Thee and
Judith's solo, The Eriskay Love Lilt, along with some of their early material
such as Sinner Man, and the only existing recording of 'the boys' performing I
Was Born About 10,000 Years Ago. 60 min B/W EX-

THE SEEKERS
The 25 Year
Reunion Celebration
Part of international music
history. Everyone said it was impossible... yet the dream came to life...
Judith Durham back with The Seekers for a 25 Year Reunion Celebration concert
tour in 1993.The crowds were on their feet night after night, forgetting
themselves and their individual lives for an hour or so, to be transported back
in time or to be absorbed in the innocence, joy and emotion of a special kind
of music which has never become faded in memories. There it was all being
brought to life before their very eyes in an even more spirited form than ever
witness back in the mid-60s. The culmination of so many of these
never-to-be-forgotten performances was this particular night on one of
Australia's finest concert stages, the Melbourne Concert Hall, captured here
for posterity. We share in the making of The Seekers' first studio album in 30
years. More timeless classics are captured here, brining melody and feel-good
rhythms which are the internationally celebrated group's trademark qualities. Here
is a private glimpse of studio life in 1997 - interspersed with historic 60s
footage of the group - as we are taken behind the scenes with Judith, Athol,
Keith and Bruce during the recording of future favourites like Calling Me Home,
The Bush Girl, The Shores Of Avalon and Speak To The Sky along with the
familiar Buddy Holly hit It Doesn't Matter Anymore. Also included is the
wonderful Far Shore promotional film clip filmed in 1997
