The school year has gotten off to a wonderful start.  Your children are great to work with.  They are enthusiastic and seemed genuinely interested in sociology.  For the most part, they are also very well behaved.  Thank you for sending me such great kids!  For a preview of what we will be studying this year, please see the course outline.

As the year progresses, I look forward to working with your child.   Please follow his/her progress by checking his/her sociology notebook.  All papers (graded and ungraded) are to be kept in it.

Help!  We are always in need of magazines with pictures for classroom activities.  If you have any that you would like to get rid of, please send them to school with your child.  He or she will receive bonus points.
