I Offer a Unique Service

I am a civil engineer registered in the State of California. My focus is on structural engineering of residential construction, practicing in this field for over 20 years. I am familiar with all disciplines of the building trade, along with all the products and services listed on this site.
I offer to you a unique service: a care for quality that is above the norm in residential construction. I approach each project with the care and meticulous scrutiny I believe my clients deserve. I actually enjoy the type of project that is a brain-teaser! I believe it is best for my clients that I do it right the first time.
For $1.50 per square foot, I will provide you with project support from initiation of the design phase to completion of construction. I will also draft the complete structural drawing set on AutoCAD Lt 2008. I am presently employed full time in an engineering position; however, I am available on weekends. I am located in the Los Angeles area.
If you are concered about the structural integrity of a structure on your property, I would be happy to address your concerns, investigate the problem and offer options on repairing the structure. Click on this link to discuss this further.

    I have a wealth of experience in determining the structural condition of residential structures damaged by seismic activity, fire, or weather. I can give you a thorough analysis of the structural nature of any residence - hillside, subterranean, tract house, or custom design. What I offer is much more in depth than the usual inspection service; I focus upon the structural nature from a professional engineer's perspective. I will give you a detailed report that includes my observations and recommendations for repair of the structure.
