| The fountain was the centerpiece of the railroad station. When the station was torn down to make room for new construction, the fountain was retained, and finally came to rest in the middle of this small downtown park, just across the street from the "down town parklet." Principally a decoration, it also serves as a place for people to meet before going elsewhere in a group.
