They do the legwork, the paper work and the hard work to help find the right property for the buyer and attend to all the details to see the contract through to closure… or to orchestrate  the marketing and sale of the property to the best of their ability on behalf of the seller.   Not all Real Estate agents are REALTORS®.

     2. Access to a pool of prospects through the Multiple Listing         Service that can offer buyers a selection of affordable property from which to choose.

 3. Objectivity in responding on behalf of the seller to buyers      objections, presenting offers and counter-offers and pointing out advantages of the property to the buyer.
