Selling a home can be a stressful experience.  It can also be very exciting and fun.  People sell their homes for a variety of reasons.  

Usually the decision to sell is based on a change in a homeowner's financial situation.   No matter what the reason, the "bottom line" amount of money that the seller is going to receive after expenses is almost always most important.  For this reason, many homeowners contemplate selling their homes themselves (FSBO).   Believe it or not, over 90% of all people who try to sell their home themselves end up eventually using the services of a REALTOR to sell their home.  Of the few successful "FSBOs," over 95%  would have ended up with more money in their pocket had they used a REALTOR.  I am not a "salesman."  I am a Marketing Professional, expert at negotiating Real Estate Transactions.

Selling a home for the highest price possible, in the shortest period of time possible and with the least amount of inconvenience to the Seller is  my primary goal.  I also make the entire process fun and educational.    My job is also to protect your interests legally, respect your privacy and provide all the service you need throughout the transaction.  This service does not end at the closing table.  I will continue to assist you long after the contract closes, and be available for any issues or questions which may arise related to the sale of your home.

Many "bargain" Realtors exist in the Denver Market.  Even though they may lure you in with what sounds like a great "savings,"  you indeed get what you pay for, and your net profit will be directly related to the marketing skill and negotiating ability of the Listing Agent.  You are also placing the care of your home, it's sale and your general security in the hands of this Agent.  Don't just choose the fastest talking agent that promises you the Moon.  I base my success on trust, loyalty, friendship, knowledge of Real Estate and just basically "doing the right thing."
