There are frame proofs and centre proofs of this series,
20k, 40k, 50k, and 1r. The proofs are on beige paper and
on white paper. This looks beige, but could on one of the
3 banknote papers this was issued on.
If it's on ordinary soft beige paper, it's probably a proof. If not, it's probably printer's waste; however, I don't believe printer's waste from this issue has been reported. And there are no known forgeries. [Bill Apsit] |
