This is cropped from a postal card (unused). It resembles the 1945 Revolutionary local stamps
from Olomouc, so I would assume that it's a local postal card of the same era. However, there is
printing on the back, and although I can't read Czechoslovakian, I can recognize that there are
dates referred to: dates in 1987. So?

The Czech text is Philatelic Club "Hana" of Olomouc. SCSF is the Union of Czechoslovak Philatelists,
indicating that the club is a member of the umbrella organization. I don't know what "07/02" means,
unless it's a membership number. Never seen it before. [Jay Carrigan]
