| Lundy Island is in the Bristol Channel (SW of England), and has the longest-running local post (1929 to date) in Britain. Your leaflet (see full leaflet below) tells the story (perhaps fancifully). Lundy stamps are very popular with many collectors of locals. The stamps on your sheet were issued in 1929, 1930, and 1939, and are not complete sets. They are interesting but not scarce, and are worth 25c-$1 each I would guess. [Rick Scott] |
